Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Introductory period

The $0.99 introductory fee is charged immediately. The $9.99 monthly subscription begins after seven days unless canceled beforehand.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@rizqsteps.com within 14 days so we can investigate.

Failed payments

Access may be restricted after a failed payment. Update your payment method through the billing portal.
