Information we collect

We collect account information, onboarding answers, prayer check-ins, dua counts, reflections, subscription status, security logs and communications you send us. Stripe processes payment details; RizqSteps does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use data to provide and secure the service, personalize challenges, process subscriptions, communicate with you, comply with law and improve reliability.

Legal basis and sharing

We process data to perform our contract, satisfy legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as security. We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email, analytics and payment providers, or when legally required.

Retention and security

We retain account data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit and password hashing, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing privacy@rizqsteps.com. Some transaction records must be retained by law.

International processing

Providers may process information outside your country with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
